Finding Products
If you know what you're looking for or wish to browse around, choose a category from the left side of the page or click on the coloured tabs in the middle of the page. Click 'more info' (where applicable) to view details of the item or to purchase.
Searching
If you're looking for a gift, a specific product or something from a particular manufacturer then use the search at the top of the page. Simply type in what you wish to search for and you will be returned a list of appropriate products. Click the link to view details of the item or to purchase.
Choosing an item to purchase
Once you've found an item you'd like to purchase, simply click the 'Buy Now' link to add the item to your order.
You may notice some 'extra' items displayed along with the details of the product you are purchasing. The items are recommended to be coupled with the product to create a great combination. To add one of these items to your order, tick the small box next to the product image before clicking the 'checkout now' link or the red 'checkout' button.
You will be directed to an order page which shows details of the items you are purchasing and allows you to check the total charge for your order before entering the secure checkout. You can remove individual item(s) from your order by clicking the 'remove' checkbox and then Update.

Checkout
Once you're happy with all the details of your order click the 'Next' button at the right hand side of the page. You will then be asked to enter your contact address, delivery address and check over the terms and conditions.
To enter your credit card details you will be directed to the secure site of PROTX (you can check the padlock at the bottom of your browser window). Any information you exchange with PROTX will not be viewed by any other person accessing the internet. Please make sure you enter all the mandatory fields. Please note that the billing address must be the address to which the debit/credit card is registered. This can be different from the address to which you wish the goods to be delivered.

VAT
All prices quoted are in £ sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%) where applicable.
Order confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive two emails to your registered email address. One to confirm your order details and one to confirm payment from PROTX. You should keep this email as receipt of order.
Delivery
UK and Northern Ireland £4.95 delivery charge per order. Orders over £150.00 will be delivered free of charge.
We do not currently deliver to Eire, Europe and international destinations.
Your order will normally be despatched and delivered within 7 days of ordering, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. In the event that we cannot deliver the goods to you within the agreed time, we will inform you as soon as possible and arrange another delivery date to suit you.
Please note that a signature is required upon delivery of your goods. Please ensure that there will be somebody in attendance at the delivery address you give on your order. In the event that there is nobody at the delivery address, our carrier will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour. If that fails, the carrier will leave a card at the premises requesting you to contact them direct to rearrange delivery within 7 days.
